These Certain People

“These Certain People” entertained us with the perfect performance for our 25th Silver Jubilee Marlow Town Regatta & Festival. Engaging with the crowd after a thrilling day of rowing, community spirit, and local camaraderie, they lit up the evening with their infectious energy and professionalism.

These Certain People delivered a fantastic headline set at our 8th Seer Green Beer & Music Festival, with a winning combination of superbly talented musicians, immense professionalism and a fun and entertaining performance.

I booked These Certain People for our work’s Christmas do. They kept us on that dance floor all night and the interaction with the crowd was fab. They even let a colleague sing with them, which was hilarious.

Thank you so much for Friday. It was a brilliant night, and you were all amazing. I had so many people come up to me during the night and contact over the weekend to say how great you were.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with These Certain People. You are of the most professional bands to deal with which has made my job as Director a whole lot easier.

I really enjoyed the set and you guys rocked the house. Thanks for playing at The Purple Turtle and look forward to having you back.

A BIG FrogFEST THANK YOU! From everyone at Atomic Bee Ltd and My Wycombe, a BIG BIG BIG Thank you for your participation on Sunday at FrogFEST in High Wycombe town Centre. The event was a huge success and everyone had a great time.

THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE are here to entertain… Their catchy tunes and confident stage presence captivates the audience. The slick and professional attitude they bring allows them to adjust the their performance to any audience.

THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE sounded good when I played them on the radio . . . but even better in person.

THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE played their inaugural gig at the BV last night and won everybody over with a mix of ‘not so obvious’ covers and their own stand out original tunes.  I’m going to post a few clips up because there is so much good stuff.

The night featured some great guitar pop-rock with more than a few echos of 90s Americana such as Pearl Jam, Pavement and Sugar, more recently updated by the likes of  The Killers and Kings Of  Leon.

I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for your performance at Frogfest on Sunday. We think it was the best one yet. It was really well attended, it DIDN’T RAIN!! 😊 and we have had a lot of positive comments on social media about fantastic variety of genres this year.

Lucky enough to see a great local band twice recently, THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE put on a great show at Fifest & again at the Marlow Carnival. They played classic, feel good, punchy tracks from different era’s.

THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE were briliant – lively and professional. The interaction with the crowd was on point and they tailored their songs to the audience. Everyone was up singing and dancing – it was a blast!’

Going to the pub on a weekend to listen to the live music is so often a very predictable event. Many sets played by the “talent” are very predictable and just become a game of comparison.

I must confess that prior to seeing your band THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE play last weekend at the 21st Birthday Riverboat Cruise we were not thinking of having a band at our wedding but your performance and the atmosphere it created changed our minds.

What a fantastic gig at Marlow British Legion last night. A brilliant mix of music with a high energy performance. Highly recommend for any function. We will definitely welcome you back next year.

Great to have you here on Saturday night – thank you for playing. THESE CERTAIN PEOPLE played for 120 guests at our Windsor tennis club’s Christmas Party.  They were great to work with leading up to the event and a big hit on the night – thanks guys!
